Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does a report take?
It depends on the report: a single project is quicker than a comparison of several, or a legal review. We give you a delivery date when we call to confirm the scope, after your payment.
Can you cover a project outside Bengaluru?
Our research covers Bengaluru and its surrounding corridors. For anywhere else, call or WhatsApp us before you order and we will tell you whether we can help.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. We walk you through the report on a call, and you can ask about anything in it.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. A report is research to help you decide; the decision stays yours. A legal or technical review is based on the documents and information available to us. It is not a lawyer's title opinion or a structural survey, which we can arrange separately if you need one.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Our published research reports are free to read on Octopus Insights, including the first edition of Plot or Flat?. The pages shown above, with their findings masked, are from the latest 30-year edition.
What if you can't take on my request?
We tell you when we call to confirm the scope, and refund the full fee. You can also cancel for a full refund before we start the research.
Reports are research to help you decide. They are not investment, legal or tax advice. Figures are estimates and scenarios, not assured returns.
