We were looking for our dream house, a large 3 BHK apartment in a gated community, that too in our limited budget. The Odyssey of our house search actually started somewhere in December 2020. We had seen many apartments in various projects but everywhere there were some issues. Most of the properties were being sold only on papers and We needed a ready to move house that too in our crunchy budget. After hunting for more than 4 months, We couldn't figure out any house of our preference.
