MyGate App Approval
Follow these essential steps to set up and authorize your MyGate account securely.
As a Tenant
Owner adds tenant mobile number to the App & shares Mygate link.
Owner will share the link to tenant.
Tenant to download Mygate App using the Mygate link provided by owner.
Explore Mygate features for approving online delivery to the guest.
Don't download App by yourself without a link by the owner, if so you will be not able to access your visitors via this app.
As an Owner
Fill association joining Google Form.
Attach Property documents & identity documents based on respective association asked.
There will be a nominal amount as association joining fee to be paid via online.
Though Mygate app is free of cost, for payment details plz discuss with your association.
If the property is rented out, add the tenant (by adding his P.num) after marking property has been let out.
As an Apartment Association
Authenticate legitimate owners are added to Mygate-App, by verifying property documents (sale deed, katha, Property tax paid receipts or all-of-them) and identity (Aadhar, DL or both-of-them).
